I had the most amazing Sunday last weekend full of delicious food, culture and singing and dancing alongside 20,000 music lovers. Yes, that is how I party.
It all started at SushiSamba, blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine located on the 38th floor of Heron Tower so as expected, the views are spectacular.
I was taken there for my Birthday so when my girlfriend's one was approaching, I knew exactly where I would be taking her.
We started with Green Bean Tempura with Black truffle aioli, very simple but incredibly tasty.
Followed by Terriyaki Chicken, Black Cod, an extra portion of Peruvian Corn because it is THAT good.
And yes, the food does taste as incredible as it looks.
The rice was SO coconutty, it felt like eating a piece of sweet heaven. Del-ish!
My friend's birthday 'cake' was 'Yuzu Tart Cheesecake', sugar sphere which is the glass-like looking bubble on the right, crispy yuzu, strawberry gelée, yuzu-basil granite drizzled with orange zest. She loved it, I know it because she was smiling while eating it....
And then came to my Valhrhona macaé dark chocolate ganache, coffee mousse, tonka bean ice cream, caramelized macadamia, and lemon sorrel simply called 'With Love From Rio'.
Name perfectly suitable, it warmed my heart and I almost licked the plate, almost!
We were satisfied. Great place with an incredible view and fantastic food, worth every single penny.
We then headed to Sadler's Wells.
We watched Ballet Flamenco with Sara Barras who is one of Spain's most popular flamenco stars.
'Her shows capture the emotion, drama, and passion of traditional flamenco, with a vibrant contemporary edge. La Pepa features guest artist José Serrano, nine dancers, and seven musicians, and is based on the history of her homeland, Andalucía. Hugely entertaining and colorful, this large scale production offers a tour of the range of styles found within flamenco.'

It was an incredibly moving, passionate and energetic performance, definitely one I'll remember.
Her dancing and footwork were mind-blowing.
Happy and relaxed, we made our way to O2 to join Beyoncé for the biggest party in town -
Mrs Carter Tour.
We were beyond excited and couldn't wait for her to come on stage.
And oh boy, did she deliver! Everyone was on their feet dancing, singing their socks off and I must
admit I have never experienced better energy and buzz during any other concert I have been to.

She and Jay Z duetted on 'Drunk in Love', super raunchy and yet in many ways a very romantic song.
Smoking hot. What an incredible show. What an incredible day to remember.
