Vogue 100

There is a very special exhibition going on in London.

Vogue 100.

A rather fascinating collection of photography commissioned by British Vogue since it was founded in 1916 shown for the very first time at the National Portrait Gallery.
Vogue has been undoubtedly one of the most influential fashion magazines in the world. Many famous faces from the fashion/music/movie/sports industry to politics has featured on the cover of this fashion bible.
The cover of Diana, Princess of Wales is just beautiful.

A portrait of the iconic fashion designer Alexander McQueen is dominating the main entrance.
After I took these, I have politely informed no photography was allowed. Shame as I wanted to share them all with you.

You'll find nearly 300 images from some of the best-known photographers in the business, including Lee Miller, Cecil Beaton, Irving Penn and of course, Mario Testino.

If you are a Londoner and into fashion and photography, you must visit. The exhibition runs until 22nd May 2016.

And don't forget to visit the gift shop too, some of these will make great presents.

Vogue coloring book for example!

And if you can't make it, take a virtual tour with Vogue's creative director Jaime Perlman.
